The traditional Ulu knife is a versatile universal kitchen knife and a practical tool for a skilled chef who can take advantage of the rolling movement with the heavy carbon steel. Suitable for cutting, slicing and chopping – from pizza and meat to vegetables and even for skinning.
The blade is made from forged carbon steel and the handle is curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet.
Comes with a knife rack in birch, also with a linseed oil coating.
