Description
The Mora Trimming Knife Med Flex is just under 6" long and quite comfortable in the hand.
Frosts by Mora knives are perfect for the food industry and these trimming knives are exceptional for trimming fat from steaks and roasts, and removing the silver skin from tenderloins. Made of recycled Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel, the blade is hardened by deep refrigeration at -80 degrees. The handle is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene which provides a rough, durable grip and excellent traction in wet or dry conditions.
