Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity syncs seamlessly with the ICG Training App for guided, coach-led workouts.

Five color-coded intensity zones — anchored to each rider's Functional Threshold Power (FTP) — take the guesswork out of training. Members see exactly how hard they're working and can push into the right zone at the right time.
