- (21) Extra-long 13" pre-cut tissue paper tassels in emerald green, white, and gold (7 each)
- (1) 10-foot line of twine
- (21) Gold twist ties to secure each tassel tail
- Easy to follow instructions on the back of the package
PLEASE NOTE:
- Giant balloon is NOT included, an optional add-on is available.
- Tassels are shipped flat and will take approximately 15-30 minutes to assemble.
